Our mentorship program helps students develop the organization, time management, and study skills that academic success depends on.

It is especially valuable for students whose executive function is affected by ADHD or other learning differences, and equally helpful for any student who wants to work smarter and feel less overwhelmed.

Our Process

  • We work with middle school, high school, and college students to manage workloads and stay on top of assignments and assessments.
  • One mentor typically leads the process, with subject specialists added when a particular course calls for it.
  • Students usually meet once at the start of each week to plan, then add sessions as needed to complete specific work.
  • We break long-term projects into smaller steps so students avoid last-minute scrambles.
  • Mentorship is built on trust and mutual respect, so students feel supported instead of managed.
  • Families receive regular check-ins and progress updates so everyone stays aligned.

Our program goes beyond traditional tutoring. We invest in the whole student, equipping them to meet academic challenges and life's demands with confidence and resilience.
